- I've heard of this from many other users on this newsgroup.
- Personally I have not experienced it because I don't have a sound
- card. But it is a common problem.

- I use win95 also. I noticed this when I ran the lemmings demo
- in DOS mode. Effectively windows was not loaded at the time and it still
- flashed for a fraction of a second.
