  29. You looks like you downloaded just the "bleeding edge" 1.99q7 release.  
  30. You will need the FULL version of the "base release" (version 1.99q -- 
  31. note that there is NO minor revision number).  Install this first, THEN 
  32. install 1.99q7 on top of it.

  39. Recommend you use vorlon FTP site because it is faster.  It is an 
  40. official ARDI mirror so it always has the latest stuff on it.
