  12. I just d'led the q8 (DOS) update, and I've got good news and bad news.

  14. Good news is, the annoying "halting" is gone, and executor runs as smooth 
  15. as when I first got it.

  17. Bad news:  with UniVBE 5.1a, the colors in SVGA are *seriously* wrong.  
  18. With my ATI supplied VVESA (VBE 1.2) driver, the video is fine, but when 
  19. I quit, I get a red screen in some wacky graphics mode.  I can type 
  20. commands, and they execute, but I can't *See* anything.
  21. Neither of these problems occurred previously.

  23. Oh, and I now get a protection fault running Wolf3D, which also wasn't 
  24. there before.
