  11. I'm a recent user of Executor, having downloaded v1.1 off a local BBS and
  12. deciding to see how the latest version 1.99q(DOS) looked (WOW! I thought 
  13. Classic-looking emulation was good).  Anyway, it worked great: smooth, 
  14. fast, relatively compatible.

  16. Then, all of a sudden, and for no apparent reason, it started to "freeze" 
  17. for maybe 2-seconds at various intervals.  I'll click on a menu, and a 
  18. couple of seconds will pass until it drops down.  Icons when dragged 
  19. behave similarly.  The first apparent instance of this is when Executor is
  20. loading, and the cursor will pause (but the cursor will still move during 
  21. the other freezes).  This happens in all my applications, but generally 
  22. seems to be confined to mouse-related activity (i.e. while I play 
  23. Wolfenstein 3D for the Mac, the screen never halts).

  25. Now, the only thing I can think of which seemed to start this problem was 
  26. when I dragged a bunch of fonts into the launcher bar, and later attempts 
  27. to remove them crashed Executor.  When I upgraded to q7, I also got the 
  28. original files again and replaced my system h (so the fonts are now 
  29. gone), but the problem persists.

  31. Other than this--absolutely phenomenol product, 10x better than I ever 
  32. thought could be possible (heck, with q7 Hypercard with Audio works 
  33. impressively well).
