- Right. Macs don't use filename extensions to map files to applications;
- they use two four-character codes for creator and file-type. To make an
- icon double-clickable in Executor, you need to click on it, Get Info (or
- LeftAlt-I), and change the type and creator to that of a file which you
- already know to be double-clickable. This is more trouble than it's worth.
- Just open up StuffIt, then open up your file from the File/Open box. All
- Executor File/Open boxes I know of allow you to open all files.
