- Well, 1.99q5 really wasn't supposed to fix many bugs, mostly just
- correct a couple egregious regressions (Risk broke, Excel 4 charting
- functions broke). The fact that there are other bug-fixes in there is
- more just a function of how we do our development. We haven't had a
- chance to look at the Photoshop bug in question yet. Sorry.
