  11. I've lately got back into playing one of my favorite Mac games, Spacward 
  12. Ho!.  However, although I find it works generally quite well under 
  13. Executor (even plays sounds!), there is one somewhat annoying thing that 
  14. the game does: when selecting menus, sometimes it takes a LONG time for 
  15. the menu to appear.  Also, moving the mouse around the playing field, 
  16. selecting planets and moving ships, etc. can get sluggish.  All other 
  17. programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Solarian, etc.) work fine; Spacward is the 
  18. only program that exhibits this weirdness.

  20. Anyone know how to alleviate this, or is it not solvable (and I have to 
  21. live with it)?

  23. FYI, I'm running E/DOS 1.99q5, on a Windows 95 machine booted into a 
  24. straight DOS prompt, with no TSR's or drivers loaded except my Logitech 
  25. busmouse driver, Smartdrive, and UNIVBE.
