  13. I've lately got back into playing one of my favorite Mac games, Spacward 
  14. Ho!.  However, although I find it works generally quite well under 
  15. Executor (even plays sounds!), there is one somewhat annoying thing that 
  16. the game does: when selecting menus, sometimes it takes a LONG time for 
  17. the menu to appear.  Also, moving the mouse around the playing field, 
  18. selecting planets and moving ships, etc. can get sluggish.  All other 
  19. programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Solarian, etc.) work fine; Spacward is the 
  20. only program that exhibits this weirdness.

  22. Anyone know how to alleviate this, or is it not solvable (and I have to 
  23. live with it)?

  25. FYI, I'm running E/DOS 1.99q5, on a Windows 95 machine booted into a 
  26. straight DOS prompt, with no TSR's or drivers loaded except my Logitech 
  27. busmouse driver, Smartdrive, and UNIVBE.
