  16.    i just downloaded 1.99q4 for DOS recently, and it has one major bug in it!   
  17. When i started RISK the computer reset and turned off my monitor, then when i re
  18. set the computer with CTRL+ALT+DEL 
  19. the screen came back on and it was corrupted
  20. and did not reset.  Everything was ok when i used the reset button.  it gave me
  21. quite a shock though!
