  1. Our BleedingEdge directory (and the mirror on vorlon.mit.edu) contains
  2. 1.99q4 for DOS, Linux and NEXTSTEP.

  4. Our sound code has been changed to be less processor intensive and
  5. perhaps to not interfere with floppy disk access under Executor/DOS.
  6.  
  7. We have also significantly enhanced our AppleEvents support, so
  8. ClarisWorks 4 should now go (and we hope to have Quicken 6 and some
  9. other programs that were stymied by AE stuff going soon).

  11. We haven't tested 1.99q4 much, although internally we've been using
  12. the new code for a while and think that it is probably a step forward.

  14. Once we can get a handle on the DOS floppy problems, we'll build
  15. 1.99r, and that will theoretically be the last lettered release before
  16. we build the beta CD-ROMs.
