  21. I just thought I would throw my two cents on this topic into the fray.  I 
  22. have no problem going from PC to MAC, the tanslation is automatic (using 
  23. the mac-pc rtf translation program from apple).  Like wise when the 
  24. program is used to convert from MAC to PC is has a feature to remove the 
  25. extra character, but I haven't gotten it to work correctly, so my 
  26. solution is simple.  I just load the text file into a word processor of 
  27. some sort and use the search and replace routine.  Search for the "block" 
  28. character and replace with a caridge return.
