And compared to a 286, SoftWindows is fast. The Mac II came out in
1987. That's approaching nine years old; saying Executor outperforms
the Mac II series is not likely to impress many people.
Now, if you were to say something like "Executor's 680x0 emulation is
almost on par with the original Apple emulator in PowerPC Macs"--which
is almost the case since my friend's P120 running Executor is nealy as
fast as my PMac 7100/66 when running 680x0 code--then maybe more people
would be impressed :-). Connectix Speed Doubler's emulator and Apple's
newer emulator are both much faster than Executor though.
