  1.     I just tried to install E/NS 1.99q on black hardware.  It installed in
  2. LocalApps, but not within an app wrapper.  It just dumped everything within the
  3. /LocalApps directory.  A log listing from Installer confirms the use of
  4. relative file names rather than absolute.  Not good.
