  32. Our DOS extender had a problem that caused Executor under DOS or
  33. Windows to be unstable under some circumstances.  This was first fixed
  34. (if I remember correctly) in 1.99p5.

  40. I'd suggest picking up and trying 1.99p6, which is our latest
  41. "Bleeding Edge" version, but which is still much more stable than
  42. 1.99p.  We're working on getting 1.99p7 then 1.99q out before we
  43. officially start releasing beta versions, so technically what you've
  44. run in the past is pre-Beta.

  46. We will continue to make demo versions available exactly so people can
  47. test Executor on their own machines before buying the non-demo
  48. versions, since once Executor 2 is finalized, if the demo version
  49. crashes on your machine, the non-demo version will too, but tracking
  50. down those mystery crashes from before is one of the reasons Executor
  51. 2 hasn't gone beta yet -- we're getting close, though.
