I have owned several Macs, up to a IIci, but none were this FAST. Anyway, I was wondering about the memory parameters for applications. Since each Mac app usually has its own memory allocation, do you just set the application memory pool to the largest amount any one program might require? I have 24M of RAM, so I could easily allocate 8M or more as the largest memory pool. - C. S. Wyatt
