  29. It is unfeasibly slow on a 386/25 (mine). Using Speedometer I get
  30. CPU 0.910, Graphics 0.912, Disk 0.617 and Math 2.113.

  32. I think that, compatibility issues aside, it would be almost geologically
  33. slow with a 286.

  35. Sell the 286 and buy an old Mac.
