The charter for comp.emulators.mac.executor calls for a gateway
between the existing Executor email list and the newsgroup. This is
now in place, although there may still be bugs to shake out.
Anything posted to comp.emulators.mac.executor should appear on
executor@nacm.com and vice versa.
Mailing list traffic has been high today, but that's largely because
the gateway software posted several days of
comp.emulators.mac.executor traffic all at once.
On Tuesday or Wednesday we will create an executor-announce mailing
list, and encourage subscribers to executor@nacm.com to switch to
comp.emulators.mac.executor and/or the executor-announce mailing list.
We want to cut down on the number of executor@nacm.com subscribers so
that when we take over the mailing list from nacm.com it doesn't swamp
our slow Internet connection.
If you've got Usenet access, you should consider unsubscribing from
the executor mailing list and reading comp.emulators.mac.executor
instead. You shouldn't miss anything that way. Instructions for
unsubscribing from the mailing list are contained in the Executor FAQ.
