I've run out of ideas. Take it from someone else in the same boat... its your card. After replacing an older Diamond Speedstar 24 (ET4000 ISA based card) with a faster VLB trident, it does make all the difference in the world. (even with an overclocked ISA bus, the poor card was drowning under the load). Let me get this right... you're using an ISA video card in a Pentium 100? (I've heard of twisted, but this takes the cake ;) Are you running this on a 40meg RLL drive? <g> You can find a cheap local bus Cirrus Logic based card for <$100 these days (I've seen VLBs for <$40). - Ian Blenke <ian@blenke.com>
