  30. It's a bug, I think.  Starting with 1.99p5 Executor has an
  31. "auto-refresh" feature, which means that whenever an application
  32. writes directly to the screen, refresh gets turned on with the value
  33. 10.  Either speedometer is writing directly to the screen somewhere or
  34. Executor is being over zealous and turning auto refresh on when it
  35. shouldn't.  I suspect the latter.
