  19. Cliff and Mat and Cotton and (who did I leave out?) ARE professional
  20. engineers. They've done a darn good job so far and have improved
  21. Executor dramatically in the past few months. And their success is what
  22. Jason was emphasizing, but I wanted to emphasize that they already
  23. are professionals. They just aren't paid very well, yet. And they
  24. could use help.
