  9. Something went wront with Pagemaker 4.2 in E/D p3 and p4. It seems to 
  10. jump into some black&white mode, yet the preferences box says it is in 
  11. 256 colors.
  12. The only way to fix it is to pick a lower setting and then pick 256 
  13. colors again in the prefs box. Then pagemaker's top ruler and toolbar 
  14. reappears.

  16. Also, the floating toolbox shows up empty now, none if its icons are there.
