  30. Did anyone have luck running SimTower under Executor ?
  31. I tried to run it under E/D 1.99p2 and the first screen came up, but then
  32. there was a screen problem (I tried refresh), but the menus worked so I could
  33. quit the application.

  46. If you've already installed 1.99p, I hope you can pick up 1.99p3 and
  47. test it against any applications you'd like to see run under 2.0 (be
  48. reasonable, sound and QuickTime will definitely not be supported).
  49. Then, send us bug reports about the largest problems you see.

  51. We still have plenty of things to work on during the remaining 10 days
  52. of Hackathon II left, but we want to be sure we don't overlook
  53. anything.  However, please remember that we may prioritize things
  54. differently, so even if you report a bug there's no guarantee that
  55. we'll be able to look into it.

  57. In ten days, after Cotton leaves, Mat will resume work on the
  58. NEXTSTEP/Motorola port.

  68. In addition to the work that is reflected in 1.99p, I have also done
  69. some work on the Browser, but I have a few other mods I want to make
  70. to the System file before rolling a new release.  We're hoping that
  71. 1.99q will be our last pre-beta release and that we'll go into beta by
  72. the end of the month.

  74. NOTE: I was not able to reproduce the slowdown that occurs when some
  75. people open DOS drives under E/D.  Mat did make some modifications to
  76. our interrupt code, so there's a slight chance that the mods speed
  77. things up.  I will send more e-mail about this particular problem
  78. later.
