I have the same prob. I've got a 100mhz pentium with 16 meg of memory and a Gig hard drive... Even just opening the C:\ directory with about 13 directory's and 5 or 6 files slows it to a crawl.. the mouse skips around the screen, and it has taken as long as 2 min.
