When I run as root and try to register my executor under X, I get: bash# executor main.c:399; fatal error in `ROMlib_writenameorgkey': Unable to open \ /usr/local/bin/.executor for writing: Permission denied When I try to run 'executor-svga' as root (and with the executable setuid root), I always get "Can't get I/O permissions". In the past I have had no trouble with either of these, and my setup didn't change from 1.99o9 to 1.99p. I am running kernel 1.3.21 with a.out binaries. Any ideas? --Bill Magro
