  16.          Is there a program on the net that can be used to dialup to the net
  17. (one that actually works with E/D)?? I tried couple of them, and they all
  18. crashed miserably. If there is anyone out there that has such program,
  19. please send it in a message to dev@gate.net (attached please) or give me the
  20. ftp site.

  22.         Also: Is there any way i could open up archives that I download via
  23. Windows WS_FTP onto my MS_DOS hard disk? I think it has something to do with
  24. bin-hex but I am not sure how they work. Could anyone take a second to
  25. explain this to me?
