My question: Do you think it works ? Any Peter> problems from executor or my machine that are to be Peter> expected ? I don't follow the PowerBook line well enough to be sure, but I think all the current ones can do what you want. Executor/DOS is quite happy reading and writing SCSI disks as long as you have an ASPI compatible driver for the card. We have a 1 gig SCSI disk that we have a bunch of programs on that we run under Executor all the time. Periodically I run Norton Utilities on it to make sure everything is OK (NU 1 runs under Executor, NU 2 and beyond don't yet). It's not uncommon for there to be some blocks that are marked as in use that are really free, but that happens on our Quadra 610, as well. Of course you should only do this if your PowerBook is meant to be able to be run in a mode where its hard drive is a SCSI drive that can be used by other machines. Peter> Thanks a lot in advance.
