- I likewise am having some rather decent success with the SVGAlib (aout)
- Executor. One quick question for the SVGAlib gurus:
-
- I'm using an S3 based card (a Number Nine GXE64) that use a clock
- generation chip (the icd2061a) and as a result, I can't seem to get SVGAlib
- to use any resolution beyond 640x480. I've tried including a ClockChip line
- in the libvga.config file and that changes nothing. I've tried using a
- rather standard Clocks line, at which point Executor runs fine without
- displaying anything (i.e. I can Command-Q to exit the browser). Is there
- anyway to fake a working Clocks line or use such a board at anything other
- than the default clock rate?
-
- One other quick bug I seem to have found in executor itself. In
- Civilization, if you click on a space with units that are in Sentry mode
- (which should display a little dialog box allowing you to wake them up),
- executor/Civ seg faults. This is hyper annoying as it makes the use of sea
- vessels for transporting units impossible.
