One thing I forgot to mention about this is that the disk is (as you mention), a _Mac_ Zip disk, which I formatted to have the DOS filesystem (or else the Linux ext-2 fs, I forget). I was surprised to see the word "Mac" in the dump. I think the disks are interchangable between PC and Macs, as long as you reformat them, so I don't know what the Mac specific text was doing there. It feels like a Monday, but it's a Tuesday... -Elan
