I now don't see any reason why Executor/DOS shouldn't be able to read and write to a SCSI zip drive, assuming that the PC has a SCSI port and either supports BIOS calls to read and write SCSI drives or has ASPI drivers. Ziv Arazi was the first person to report this problem and I believe that Ziv has used other Mac formatted SCSI drives with Executor. There is no support for the Parallel port version of the Zip drive, but as far as I can see the format of a Mac zip diskette (at least the format of *Elan's* Mac zip diskette) is the same format that we're handling in other cases. ARDI now has to go back to the drawing board on this one. I think the only solution will be to buy one, which isn't something we can do for another couple of weeks. --Cliff ctm@ardi.com
