This is another symptom of the same problem that causes E/L to interrupt music that is playing on a CD-ROM player when E/L starts. I've marked it as a very high priority item to look into, although it's largely going to be a question of just what services are provided by the Linux CD-ROM driver. It didn't appear obvious what to do when I first wrote the code, but I was relying on the manual pages for answers. This time I'll look at the CD-ROM driver sources. I can't say when I'll get to it, though. There are some other things that have been pushed back too long (NEXTSTEP port, international keyboard support). --Cliff ctm@ardi.com
