  15. I'm about to get my mailbox cleaned up.  Initially I'll make one pass
  16. answering easy questions and processing pending orders.  After that
  17. I'll go back and answer e-mail that takes thought, research or
  18. diplomacy.

  20. I would guess that I'll get it all answered in the next fifteen hours,
  21. but because I am answering out of order, I don't want people to be to
  22. think that I'm answering some people and ignoring others -- I'm just
  23. reordering so I can get the bulk of the questions answered quickly.
