I chose the HFS_XFer off the apple menu to move a folder (we'll call it test1). Let's say the folder was on drive 1. I chose the destination as drive 2 (a seperate volume on my hard disk) So, I selected the destination, highlited the folder to be moved, and clicked on move. It seems to work for a bit, then says: "Error -43 in PBGetCatInfo" Continue or Abort? I choose Continue, and it seems to finish. This is where it gets confusing. The moved folder is still where it orginally was. I double-click on it, and it shows me a duplicate of the folder it was contained it. (example: Folder Shareware contains 10 games (folders), one of which was the one I tried to move. When I open that particular 1, it shows me a second folder with all 10 sharware games in it) I then clikc to drive 2, the destination. The folder never made it. When I close drive 1, or restart Executor the supposedly moved folder is deleted, and I have not found a way to recover it...This for me, happened to be 15 meg in compressed files... just thought you might want to know about that...:) later -ocean
