Lots of people said:
|Tim, I favor the news group. I think there should be two though. That
|way, people can post shareware in one, and messages in the other. How
|about this:
|
| comp.emulators.mac.executor.apps
| comp.emulators.mac.executor.misc
|
|People could post shareware to the apps newsgroup, and messages to the
|misc.

|I think it's a great idea, although I would like to avoid having to do
|the legwork myself.

This is a great idea, but how about:
comp.emulators.mac.executor.dos
comp.emulators.mac.executor.linux
comp.emulators.mac.executor.nexstep
comp.emulators.mac.executor.common (or general)
Maybe a .bugs under each?
comp.emulators.mac.executor.hfv
Maybe sub-categories for types of software?
I wouldn't mind conducting a pre-poll survey to make sure there is
enough interest, so send your opinion (pro or con on each sub-group)
as well as any other group names you may think of, to vmeister@ios.com
with a subject line of 'EXECUTOR POLL'. I will post the totals in the
mailing list, just to make sure that we have enough support.
