  27. In general, doing things with the browser is preferred to using
  28. HFS_XFer.  However, if you've reinstalled HFS_XFer (by dragging it
  29. into the hot-band and then running any program), and can point to
  30. specific combinations of programs and HFS_XFer usage that fails, we'll
  31. try to fix it.  However, we need bug descriptions that say *exactly*
  32. what you did when it died.  Even if you can't reproduce those crashes,
  33. if you can at least tell us what you did when it failed once, that's a
  34. start -- a traceback is a help, too.

  41. Try using Stuffit Extractor -- I think it will work no matter what.
  42. If you want to continue using BinHex, however, fiddle with the
  43. "Newline Mapping" option in the preference panel (Cmd-Shift-5).  Linux
  44. and DOS handle newlines slightly differently, so E/D has different
  45. prefs for each.

  50. Toss it into /usr/local/lib/executor and if it's readable and
