  15. Today, effective immediately, Vaune quit work.  This will leave us
  16. slightly short handed over the next few weeks.  It is expected,
  17. although not yet definite, that Melissa Algeo will expand her role at
  18. ARDI, eventually moving to New Mexico (right now she does her work out
  19. of Ohio) and becoming a full-time employee.

  21. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause a few of
  22. you.  On the other hand, with our new FAQ tools (thanks Ian!), we hope
  23. to keep our FAQ updated frequently enough so much of the simple
  24. technical support questions can be handled directly out of the FAQ.
