Sang, I'm running 199n/D and am having the exact same problem. Also, when I bring up the prefrences panel and click on Animation for the screen update type, then hit OK, the whole system freezes. When I reboot, it freezes right after the splash screen and I have to re-install it. I'm booting up with the WIN95 version of Dos, with just a vesa driver, mouse driver, and himem.sys (4 megs of ram) The rest is AMAZING work though...
