  26. Do you have something like "FILES=8" in your autoexec.bat?  That will
  27. severely limit the number of files Executor can have open.  Since
  28. HFV's are just big files, Executor may run out of "FILES" and not be
  29. able to open them.  We recommend FILES=30 (or more).
