One of the things that 1.99n will have is a much improved FAQ. Since we're hanging around the launchpad, anyone who wants to look at our new FAQ and provide constructive criticism is welcome to do so. There is a new directory on ftp.ardi.com, it's /pub/New_FAQ and it contains what will soon be the new FAQ in four different forms, ascii, PostScript, Emacs info and html. Feel free to pick it up and send me comments. I doubt many people are going to jump at this, so even with ftp.ardi.com's slow throughput, anyone who wants to pick this up should be able to. BTW, I was doing all my editting off the PostScript version and I only recently realized that long questions are problematic in the other formats (and somewhat problematic in the PostScript variant, too). You don't need to point out that flaw; I'll have it fixed soon. Sorry about the 1.99n delay; the bugs in question were only spotted right when everyone was about to go to sleep. I myself am in no shape to find and fix them. --Cliff
