  34. 1.99n has slightly nicer features.  The .ecf file is a little more
  35. legible because it includes the name of the application and the name
  36. of the .ecf file in a comment at the top.  In addition, each
  37. preference panel now allows you to write a quick note about the app
  38. and store that with the preferences so next time you bring up the
  39. preferences panel for that app, the note will appear.  We'll soon
  40. start supplying tons more configuration files and we'll supply notes
  41. that briefly state how well the app is expected to run.
