  35. Where are you D/L'ing your programs from?  I have had some similar troubles
  36. with this, so I may be able to help if you can give me some details on this.
  37. It is a little confusing at first, but after a while you should be able to
  38. learn it.  Oh, make sure that the files you D/L have the .hqx extension.
  39. Others can be really tricky to deal with (though they can sometimes be
  40. worked with too).
