I believe Maelstrom requires you to set Executor's "pretend sound"
option before running it. You can accomplish this by bringing up the
options panel with leftalt-shift-5. I think Maelstrom also requires
the "-refresh" option, e.g. "executor -refresh 10" (lower numbers mean
higher frame rates).

Executor/DOS 1.99m "prints" by creating a PostScript file called
"\tmp\execout.ps". Executor does not (yet) support printing directly
to a printer. You can later print this file by sending it to a
PostScript printer, or by running software (such as Ghostscript) that
allows you to print PostScript to non-PostScript printers.
