It happens sometimes in the browser, but more urgently, it keeps me from getting through a three-disk installation (QuarkXPress). After the first disk, I get a "your disk has been ejected, press alt-2 when you insert a new disk" message from executor, which I click "OK" to. There's also a dialog generated by the installer telling me to insert disk 2, which I do, and then press alt-2. So far so good. But when it wants disk 3, I do *not* get a "disk ejected" message, and if I just eject it and put in disk 3, alt-2 does nothing. The installer will not install
