  12. I agree that sending MIMEed and UUencoded files is annoying.  But what about
  13. people who have no FTP access or can only download from FTP?  America Online
  14. users (like me) can download from FTP, but can't upload.  America Online says
  15. that uploading to FTP won't be available on their service until late 1996.
  16.  It's not really fair that for some users it's the only way to transfer
  17. files.

  20. saying what it is.  If you want it, I'll send it to you personally.

  25. somebody said that's really old.
