MSCDEX from DOS 6.22 works fine, at least on my system, with Windows
95. However, it does use a lot of memory, so you might want to load it
only when you are planning on running CDs from Executor. For Windows 95
purposes, MSCDEX is not necessary. That is why setup rems it out.
