X-Genie-Id: 1751576 X-Genie-From: G.SIGHTLER Sender: owner-executor@nacm.com Precedence: bulk OK, now I know that all of these features can't be fit in immediately, but if you could, could you at least give me an approximate date (and/or version number) when we will see them (if ever)? THANKS! (BTW, these are in order of priority, from highest to lowest, IMO) 1. Serial/Parallel support. I would love to be able to actually use the MAC side of the emulation for things like downloading files and going onto BBS's, but this sadly is not currently possible. :( 2. Higher overall compatibility. Really this should be first, but I already knowapproximately when and how this will be worked out already, so I didn't mention it before. <G> IOW, from what I can tell you expect most non-System 7 stuff to run by version 2.00 (about 2 months from now, if I remeber correctly). 3. System 7.5 compatibility. I would LOVE to see this feature as soon as possible, though I do understand that it must be difficult. I would like to have a relative time scale/version number on this, if possible though. 4. Sound support. This isn't really a priority in my mind, but it would be nice if you could add it some time down the line. :) OK, well, overall all I can say is that I would like to see your current plans for the versions of Executor after 2.00. I'm certain that this stuff listed here will be here by 3.00 but I am wondering if you are going to do any "experimental" releases like the way you did with 1.99, and if so which projects are YOU taking as priorities? ||||| Jesse D.
