With 'Gatekeeper' (a shareware security tool) there comes a small utility called 'Gatekeeeper Application. It is supposed to run Control Panels easier than from the apple menu. Funny is that 'Gatekeeper Application', used under E/D 1.99m enables one to run *some* control panels; which was impossible until now. There is one catch though; the control panel does not accept mouse or keyboard input. So its use is limited to control panels that show some information. I could run apple's control panel 'monitors' and MacEnvy. Apple's control panel 'Memory' crashed. Ernst Ernst J.
