  12. When loading Executor Dos Release M, my screen has evenly spaced 
  13. vertical lines going from top to bottom spanning from all the way on 
  14. the left of the screen to all the way on the right.  I saw this error 
  15. once in a great while with the older releases, generally when I had 
  16. just exited out of a Windows, or other program that pushed by video 
  17. board into SuperVGA mode.  With Release M, I get it when I am running 
  18. no other programs.  My video board is an STB Windows Accelerator using 
  19. the S3 chipset.
