  16.    This suggestion has appeared many times on this list.  I recall Cliff
  17. saying that the display routines were abstracted enough that this wouldn't
  18. be too big of a deal.  How beneficial would a SVGA lib version be, though?
  19. I've been very unimpressed by SVGAlib so far, I may have an old version,
  20. but it won't run in anything but 320x240.

  34. Shift-Lalt-5? This does much of what you suggest. You can't select memory
  35. or privatecmap options (I keep suggesting a defaults file...), but they're
  36. significantly different that refresh, color depth, etc.

  40.   No. I remember Cliff stating it was just a matter of writing a blank
  41. disk image to the floppy. I think this is just a feature that has to be
  42. gotten around to.
