Sorry Jim, it's Executor's fault, and unlike other incompatibilities, these are probably not likely to be fixed soon. In order to make it very clear that all the code that was written for Executor was written by us, and not copied from Apple, we go to great lengths not to expose ourselves to Apple's code. That means we've never disassembled the Apple ROMs, or Apple system files. The latter category includes the finder (which is why we wrote our own) and ResEdit. With almost any other program, we would just run it under Executor and examine what's happening when the program dies and then fix Executor. However, we can't do that with ResEdit. --Cliff ctm@ardi.com
