  16. since SCSI drives are supposed to work, should any SCSI device be accessible
  17. pending software that doesn't crash?

  19. ie, i'd like to be able to access a DAT drive.  i tried running Retrospect and
  20. it _almost_ worked, but then it got some error that i forgot to write down.
  21. looked like an unimplemented system call.  would it be worth my effort to try
  22. and find some other software or will the tape drive just plain not work yet?
